By accessing or using SidrFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. SidrFlow is operated under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
SidrFlow provides automated POS settlement reconciliation services for merchants in Saudi Arabia. The service includes transaction file processing, bank statement matching, discrepancy detection, dispute submission, and WhatsApp-based notifications.
You must provide accurate business information during registration, including a valid Saudi mobile number and commercial registration number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
SidrFlow offers tiered subscription plans with varying transaction limits and features. Plans are billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is provided for new accounts. Prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are subject to applicable VAT.
Each plan has a monthly transaction processing limit. If you exceed your limit, you will need to upgrade your plan to continue processing. SidrFlow will notify you via WhatsApp when approaching your limit at 50%, 80%, and 90% thresholds.
While SidrFlow uses advanced OCR and matching algorithms, reconciliation results are provided on a best-effort basis. You are responsible for verifying results before taking financial action. SidrFlow is not liable for discrepancies arising from incorrect input data.
SidrFlow facilitates dispute submission against acquiring banks. Disputes are tracked internally. Direct bank integration is planned for a future release. SidrFlow does not guarantee the outcome of any dispute.
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request immediate data deletion by contacting support.
SidrFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
